Can you please give everyone the same migration cape

Can you please give everyone the same migration cape :DI bought minecraft by using my microsoft account this year(Oct,2021). I also want a free cape and I know that there are many others like me. So please provide everyone with the same migration cape as all players (who didn't bought minecraft earlier) haven't got any cape while every other(Java & Bedrock) player have one.
