Game crash

Dear sir/madam,

I have found an issue where my games crashes. After mining in survival for a few 100 blocks i switched to spectator mode and tried to fly up ,but to my surprise my game crashed. I know this isn't an issue with my pc because i always reach 300fps and it didnt happen once. I tried to restart my minecraft because of the crash and did the same thing again and it chrashed again.

Please look at this.
