Unexpected game crash when switching between gamemodes

Issue:

I am entirely sure how to replicate this issue, but in a creative testing world(upgraded from 1.17.1) world repeatedly crashes when switching from Gamemode 'Spectator' to 'Survival'. I have tested this many times and it has occurred over and over. Not a priority bug but hope it gets fixed..
