Yellow Shulker Box Disappearing when breaking

Anytime I place a yellow dyed shulker box down and break it, it disappears. Never seen this before, not happening with any other shulker boxes. Happens when it's empty and when items are in it. I can recreate the problem every single time I try to break a yellow shulker.
