Exposed Badlands mineshafts try to generate in deserts

Exposed mineshaft tried to generate in the desert near the badlands biome, generating the outline and a few rails. It isn't connected to any of the actual badlands mineshafts, nor has a coninuation below

What I expected to happen was...:
Exposed mineshaft should've generated inside badlands or not generated at all

What actually happened was...:
Exposed mineshaft generated in the desert 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Seed - -5303813409341845548, coordinates - 3352 62 -4335

2. Or finding it in some other seed with a very low chance.
