Iceberg generates into Ocean Monument suffocating Elder Guardian

Ocean monument generated in deep frozen/frozen ocean has the ice of an iceberg generated above generating in the monument. This resulted in the Elder Guardian being suffocated and much of the gold and sponge in the monument being replaced with ice.
