Players can spawn on top of trees

Several times now (about 6) playing at 1.18 pre-5 and pre-6, I've spawned on top of a tree. This generally means the player has to start the game by taking damage from jumping out of the tree.

 

To reproduce, start a game with seed 13. Change the spawn radius from 10 to 1 before creating the game. I spawned at 1.5/76/0.5.
