Encontrar lapislázuli en la capa 59 (1.18 pre_5)

 It is not normal to find lapislazuli in layer (59) (height), it is easier to find that, than coal or iron.

I do not know if it is a bug or it will do something normal in the final version of 1.18

Steps to Reproduce:
*. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
1) Enter version 1.18Pre_5
2) enter this seed: -4423753104846129845
3) Go to the coordinates (588.300 / 59.00000 / 152.700)
Note: As soon as it appears in the world, it will be on top of the biome of (ice + fir sapling forest), go to the address (585.046 /65.00000/151.409) and then go down to the previous coordinate, from step 3.
