Water texture has less opacity

I placed 3 lines of glass as the ceiling of my room. At one end I placed 3 water sources the block above the glass. Then I covered the water with some shroomlights. Now I don't have a water texture of the middle line when looking from the bottom through the glass.

The blocks above the middle line of water are replaceable with other variants of blocks.
