Duplicate avatar

Teleported myself to other player using /tp command.  Got teleported to a different location with an inactive "steve" avatar with users name.   Had the same issue in reverse, when they teleported to me the inactive "steve" moved instead.   When the player logged out the inactive "steve" was still present.
