Enchaining bug

I found a enchant bug (in snapshot 1.18 pre-release 5) where you can put any enchant on anything as long as they are not conflicting for example you can have a diamond pickaxe with Infinity and Protection 4 but you cant have a netherite helmet with protection 4 and fire protection 4
