Sun Flickers then disappears

So I tried to get footage of this ethier thru recording or screenshots but i cant seem to get it to show that way .. basically the sun will flicker extremely fast (could cause seizures in epileptic people). 

Then after flickering for about a minute it will disappear and no longer be in the sky. If im able to get footage I will upload it
