Light block redirects flowing water direction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup shown in pictures;
2. Place light block in the space above the bottom water source.

Observed Results:

Flowing water direction gets redirected towards the light block.

Expected Results:

Water would continue to flow away from its source block in a straight line.

Note:

An alternative setup using a sign is provided, which shows the expected behavior.
