Floating Village generated in blended chunks

Village generated in a mountain biome generates with all structures floating in the air. Old chunks were generated in Minecraft Alpha, pre-Halloween-Update, and Minecraft 1.13+.

The village tries to follow the terrain generated in a fresh world with the same seed.
