Entities, Tile Entities, and interactions freeze for 3-10 seconds while auto save

When the world autosaves, the world and all interactions halt, I can still move around, but any blocks broken/placed or doors interacted with get reset to before the save, also any mobs I hit during the freeze resisters after it has finished and the world is running again
