I can't download New Launcher

i can't download the new minecraft launcher found in microsoft Store it say's error 0x80004004 and i searched on google it didn't say anything that could help me it say's you own this game but when i press on it it say's Download i press it and it doesn't do anything and when i do it in the library it stars and then crashed (error) 0x80004004 Please help me
