Being able to create and register multiple accounts with Xbox Gamepass

Gamepass subscribers are able to create and register multiple accounts by changing Microsoft accounts, already tried with 2 other emails and both worked fine and are able to join online multiplayer servers

What I expected to happen was...:
It should be blocked to register more than 1 account per gamepass subscription

What actually happened was...:
You're able to create new microsoft accounts when trying to login on Minecraft

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Minecraft via Xbox gamepass library for PC
2. Select USE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
3. Select to change accounts, then create a new one
4. Boom, now just choose a new nickname and that's it.
