Falling blocks through end portal causes crash

As of 1.18 Pre-release 4, the issue seems to be fixed

The bug:

Dropping any length of falling dripstone, sand, gravel or an anvil through an active end portal crashes the game. Loading the world after this will result in the game crashing again the moment the chunk is loaded again.

 

To reproduce:

1. Find or make an active end portal
2. Let a falling block fall through the active portal
