I can't migrate. I am certain that I created my account before migration, but the message hasn't appeared. I know a lot of people that have done it and gotten the cape but I never got the opportunity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I go to the launcher
2. I click on the "we are migrating some accounts" thing
3. It doesn't let me follow the migration process
