Glow lichen blocked the way to the water

Recently I flew around the world and enjoyed the views, but in one cave I found glow lichen that prevented the water from spreading out. Unfortunately, I cannot say for what reason this happened, but I am sure that this glow lichen was created by a generator. From below I have attached a screenshot where the coordinates are written, as well as the seed of that world.
