Minecraft Launcher (Closed during download and wont open) etc

Hello,

I have just switched to Windows 11 this month. I have downloaded Minecraft but I closed the app midway as it was downloading. Since that day I can't open or launch Minecraft. I tried redownloading Minecraft but the same error shows up.
