Whenever I use the night vision command, It will blackout everything after 30 seconds, whenver I'm nowhere near a light source.

1. enter the /effect command in the console OR command blocks for night vision in any gamemode
2. be in complete darkness, and wait for about 30 seconds, maybe less
3. The bug should happen
