Pointed dripstones do not generate correctly in aquifers

When a dripstone cave generates inside of an aquifer, sometimes the pointed dripstones (especially those on the ceiling) generate only partially waterlogged, or not waterlogged at all on 1-block-tall pointed dripstones. I would normally expect stalactites and stalagmites to be completely waterlogged inside of aquifers. Included screenshots show only one world, but all worlds I have created in this version have this bug.
