Stalactites have no particles when destroyed

Summary:

When falling stalactites in bedrock edition (when stalactites are destroyed), particles appear at the site of the fall. This is also logical since when the stalagmites are destroyed, both versions also contain particles. There are no stalactite particles in Java edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a pillar of stalactites.
2. Break the support block for the stalactites to start falling.
3. Look at the place where the stalactites fell.

Observed results:

When falling, stalactites have no particles.

Expected results:

The stalactites will have a particles when they fall.
