Blocks will sometimes be stuck on breaking state when mined with an efficiency 255~ tool that broke

When a stone block gets mined with a golden pickaxe with efficiency 255 and the golden pickaxe breaks at the same tick the stone block is in the process of being mined (randomTickSpeed=20), the breaking animation (State) of the stone block will sometimes be incorrect.
