Crazy FPS and Lag Near/Inside Strongholds

I was playing my survival world and found a Stronghold. While near/inside it, the fps got a little bit crazy (usually is between 30 and 60, but it was over 100), and the game was lagging randomly while walking around or just moving the vision.
