Massive spread of aquifers in amplified worlds

In amplified worlds, the overwhelming amount of caves are flooded with water or lava. These flooded regions spreads across hundreds of Blocks. This is out of all proportion to the aquifer amount in normal worlds.

Some more details:

• There are still some regions in the world where the caves aren't widely flooded.
