The amplified world type no longer affects mushroom islands

Mushroom islands will not generate amplified terrain in the mushroom fields biome, even though they used to. To reproduce, use the seed 8464082419247280480 on the amplified world type and run the following command:

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p -1176 77 -2431
