Some feature configs still expect a configured feature instead of a placed feature

The bug

The vegetation_patch and waterlogged_vegetation_patch feature types have a field called "vegetation_feature". With the current behavior it takes a configured feature, while I expect it to take a placed feature (similar to the rooted system feature, or the random patch feature).

Likewise, the random_boolean_selector takes configured features for the "feature_false" and "feature_true" fields.
