Glitched chunk upon loading

I booted up my world from the previous snapshot and now the chunk is perma-glitched i have removed everything in that single chunk to bedrock i reloaded the chunks i loaded my old backup nothing works and its only that one chunk everything comes back chests ores villagers everything it just keeps respawning i am in the middle of making a giant sphere but this chunk is smack dab in my way and i cannot fix it even my friend tried to delete the chunk from my save file and still didnt work we have no idea whats going on
