Just purchased game,unable to install

Error message saying

Make sure you are connected, then try pdating again. We weren't able to update Windows

Updated windows and restarted, unable to work.

 

I am not sure which version it is. I bought the Java version from minecraft.net

 

PLEASE HELP!

 

If unable, how do I get a refund, thanks
