Launcher crash

I opend the new minecraft launcher and i log in and click on play, then there is a crash. I closed the launcher and do it again, it happens again! I dit this a few times, and nothing works. I deleted the launcher and downloaded again. And there was a crash again! I try it with the old launcher, and there was a crash to. wo can help me please?

1. Open minecraft.exe
2. Log in and play
