Falling blocks become items when they fall on the powder snow

Basically, it's the same as MC-232950, but the anvil only becomes an item when it land on powder snow from at least 3 blocks above the powder snow. In addition, no matter how high you drop it, the anvil will not take any damage and you will hear an "Anvil Destroyed" sound.
