Unable to go to bed on random nights, fishing line goes random direction, chests don't always open, blocks disappear while mining then reappear later

At random nights when i try to sleep it will not.let me unless I quit and reload, when I go fishing the line goes in random direction not always the way I am facing, chests randomly stop opening untill I reload, unable to have others play at the same time without becoming extremely lagged
