launcher problems please help.

you guys helped me solve an ox error message a bit ago now the game is stuck on the launcher screen and has zero progress after over an hour. this is the 2nd time ive tried to install. i had the demo of bedrock on my pc from the microsoft store so i deleted that after the first time to make sure it was not conflicting with the java install. i dont know how to relolve this issue of course everytime i researt the pc before tring again. oh actually it was 3 times the first time the bar filled up in a few seconds the launcher screen disappeared but nothing ever happened. so i did a restart and tried to start again. i hope i did not mess it up. you guys and gals are amazing at your jobs i hope this problem can be resolved as quick as the last. thanks in advance. EDIT: sorry i already did put in a ticket for this but thought it did not upload so i put in another. i wanted to maybe download another launcher file maybe if i have a fresh one it will work. but i cant use my code twice. is there a way to get a hold of another launcher file? btw ive been through the reboot and tring to install id leave the launcher sit for over an hour if there was no movement i would restart again. found another launcher file on the website. tried it. its still doing nothing.
