bad FPS

So.. I'm currently playing on a laptop ASUS TUF DASH F15  specs: I5-11300H, RTX3050 4GB , 8GB of RAM and i'm getting horrible FPS, there are moments when i'm getting 100 FPS( I should get more than that) and most of the times i'm playing I go from 100 to 50 and so on, I have my drivers Up to date and I'm not getting bad FPS in any other games..
