Textures corrupt really easily in the latest snapshot

I set up a minecraft server for me and my friends using the server hosting provider aternos.

I was playing for maybe 20 minutes, until I noticed that the glow squids were using the villagers textures. At this point I was using no texture pack, however in all of the images shown I had 1.17 Vanilla Tweaks textures and wavy water/grass being used. This may have affected how it showed up as a corruption.

The picture attached shows a corruption of the spyglass texture with the server icon.
