[MC-24074] Unable to place/interact with placed blocks.

I first thaught my world was corrupted, so I create a new world, and the same thing happened.

I am able to :

Break any blocks
Use the pick block button
Punch mobs
Pick up drops
Climb up ladders
I can spawn falling sand entitiy with the filter of Sethbling (That's really strange...)
Craft things in my 2x2 crafting area.

I am not able to :

Place any blocks
Eat any food
Drink any potions
Spawn mobs with a spawnegg
Place things like paintings and item frame
Place liquids (water and lava)
Throw any items (tested only with snowballs and experience potions)
Interact with levers or button (probably also with fence gates etc...
Right-click on mobs for whatever reason
Open all types of chests
Sleep in a bed
Access any block's GUI

It's exactly the same in survival.
I first played in 1.6.1 with Too many items on, then played 1.6.2 without and it was still doing the same.
