Deepslate dosen't generate below y0

Hi there,
I am here to tell you that deepslate does not generate below y0 when you upgrade a world from 1.17.1 to 21w44a. If you are in 1.17.1, deepslate will generate at the lower levels but then it stops below y0 in 21w44a.
