Launcher not downloading even after I have disabled all security features on my computer

Nothing has downloaded (launcher crashes) and I have disabled all security on my computer to try the troubleshooting you gave on your site. All failed. Very disappointed and almost ready for a refund if this isn't resolved immediately.
