Crash item: Item frame with named item that is a hoverevent with invalid uuid

Reproduction steps:

1. Enter a world
2. Get a command block
3. Use the following command and activate the command block 

   /give @p minecraft:item_frame{EntityTag: {Item: { id: "minecraft:tnt", Count: 1b, tag: { display: { Name: '{"text":"a","hoverEvent":{"action":"show_entity","contents":{"type":"a","name":"a","id":"crash lol"}}}' } } }}}
