/playsound does not affect sculk sensors

if you try /playsound via command blocks or by the player near a sculk sensor, it does not detect the sound via /playsound
How to reproduce
1. Get a command block or cheats
2. Run the command /playsound minecraft:block.dispenser.launch master @p ~ ~1 ~ 1 1 1 near a sculk sensor
 Sculk sensor does not trigger even if you are standing on top of the sensor.
