The Bug:

Blocks that require support such as bells, buttons, ladders, and snow layers can generate supported by cobwebs in zombie villages.

Here is an example:

Seed: -189957375475393022
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 2834.40 63.00 2340.69 -70.86 -12.81

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the said block that requires support.
3. Take note as to whether or not blocks that require support can generate supported by cobwebs in zombie villages.

Observed Behavior:

Blocks that require support can generate supported by cobwebs.

Expected Behavior:

Blocks that require support would not be able to generate supported by cobwebs.
