Missing/misplaced/misaligned chunks

Fairly straightforward, numerous chunks are misaligned across newly-created world(s). IE one chunk may be a meadow going to heights of y150, while the one beside it is a plains biome at y64. Visually interesting? Yes. Supposed to happen and functional for gameplay? No.
