Lava pools intersecting strongholds can cause end portal frames to be deleted

I was searching for the disc on the new snapshot and found this portal that hasn't fully loaded in. People have told me in the Mojira discord that it was fixed but apparently the bug has come back. Seed: -4247692563531486154. Coords: 4065 5 3177

In short: portal has generated wrong on new snapshot in this world.
