[MC-239784] Some F3 keybinds are inaccessible on MacBooks with a Touch Bar

Keybinds F3+A, F3+C, F3+F, and F3+N are all inaccessible on the Touch Bar after upgrading to macOS Monterey due to new key binds using the Fn key.

F3+A	Reloads Chunks	Opens the Dock (Fn+A)
F3+C	Copies Coordinates	Opens Control Center (Fn+C)
F3+F	Cycles Render Distance	Toggles Full Screen (Fn+F)
F3+N	Switches Gamemode to Spectator	Opens Notification Center (Fn+N)

I have attempted to change these keybinds on the system itself with no luck.
