Glow Squids Spawning in Odd Locations

What I expected to happen was...:
Glow squids would spawn in normal locations

What actually happened was...:
Glow squids are spawning in villager farms on super flat worlds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a previously unloaded village at night on super flat
2. Find a villager farm or fountain.
