Lag / Freeze when opening a loot chest

I am playing on a Singleplayer world created in 21w41a, i have experienced lots of Freezes / Lag when i open the chests of shipwrecks for the first time.

It makes my game go from a stable 75 fps to under 15 fps for a few seconds then opens the chest.
