Music no longer plays after going through a nether portal

Pre-1.16, music used to play as you exited a nether portal, both as you went to the nether and the overworld. Since then, it has stopped. It hasn't played on any version since then, including snapshots.

I'll admit this may have been an intentional change, but it wasn't listed in any changelog to my knowledge, and I preferred it the way it was before, so I thought I should report it.
