Hand items appear in new World (visual glitch)

I created a new world in 21w42a after updating another world from 1.17.1 to 21w42a and playing for few minutes. While the new world was generating I clicked chrome in my second monitor (the world will open in the Esc game menu). When the world was created I saw in my hand the items from my other world.
